Whether your guests are visiting for a few days or settling in for a few months, they are welcomed into a calm, secure, and well-equipped space — surrounded by manicured gardens, walking paths, a clubhouse, and the tranquility that only comes from being just outside the city.

The home itself is fully furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay: queen-size beds, a modular kitchen, split ACs, an air purifier, RO water, geysers, washing machine, LED TV, Wi-Fi, and a 3 kVA power back-up. From the balcony, the Aravalli range frames the morning sun. By afternoon, the apartment cools naturally as the sun moves to the other side.

Common questions.

How do I book? Is online payment available?

We keep things simple and personal. To book, send us a WhatsApp message with your dates — we'll confirm availability, share the agreement, and accept the booking amount via UPI or bank transfer. There is no third-party booking platform and no credit-card processing on this site.

What does the monthly rent include?

The monthly package of ₹40,335 includes rent (₹32,000), society maintenance (₹7,836) and Wi-Fi (₹499). Electricity (~₹9/unit), power back-up (~₹32/unit), PNG cooking gas and additional maintenance charges (if any) are billed at actual consumption. A maid is available on request at around ₹3,000/month, paid directly to her.

What is the security deposit and when is it refunded?

For monthly stays, the security deposit is ₹40,000 (interest-free), refunded within 15 days of check-out after adjusting any dues. For short stays, it is ₹1,000 (1–3 nights), ₹3,000 (4–7 nights), and ₹5,000 (8–14 nights), refunded at check-out.

Why must the primary guest be 55 or older?

The apartment is inside Ashiana Advik, an active senior-living community. The community's rules require the primary occupant to be 55 or above. Family members of any age are welcome to accompany the primary guest within the maximum of 4 guests.

Is the calendar live? When is it updated?

Yes. The calendar reads live from our booking system, updated by the host after each confirmed booking, so it reflects changes within seconds. If you click an available date and we haven't yet replied, it's possible the booking is in process — feel free to message us on WhatsApp to check.

How do I get to Ashiana Advik?

The community is in Sector 39, Bhiwadi, just off the Alwar Bypass Road. From Delhi/Gurgaon, take NH-48 toward Manesar and follow signs for Bhiwadi via Dharuhera (~75–90 min from IGI Airport). On arrival, mention "Ashiana Advik" at the gate. We'll share the exact unit number after booking confirmation.

Are pets allowed?
